Manage your customers centrally and store all important current and static information in Message1. For non-personalized calls, a company user is automatically created. Individual information is possible for each employee of your clients. Former employees are also displayed on the interface, including their employment period. Pause active clients, especially customers who only need your services during vacation periods.
Send messages directly from the application via SMS, email or Threema. Configure each employee of a client so that the desired message type is automatically selected based on call priority. You also have the option to set predefined reminders that appear before sending, as well as copy past calls into the current message.
If your virtual receptionist service bills all calls on a time basis, this is easily possible with Message1. Activate this function centrally, and every call will be timed, even if you handle multiple calls simultaneously. Only the active browser tab is timed. Download a detailed report as a PDF for yourself or your customer at any time.
